1/4 cup rice or coconut flour
5 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons soy milk
1 tablespoons coconut oil
pinch of salt
Whisk in a large mug until smooth.
Cover with wrap and microwave about 1 1/2 minutes then 1 minute without wrap.
